An admission committee decides on the admission of applicants to the Master’s program.

Applications shall be submitted on the basis of the standardized application form, indicating personal data, information on prior education and training, previous career and experience, current job position, and motivation for applying for admission to the Master’s program, as well as medium-term professional goals.

Applications are welcome until September 10th 2010.

The admission process includes the following elements:

A) APPLICATION FORM
The application must be submitted in the form of a standardized application form accompanied by the required documents.

B) TES T OF ENGLISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE (TOEFL)
The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) may be taken at any international TOEFL centre; a minimum score of 92 points
is required in an internet-based test (which corresponds to a minimum score of 235 points under the computer-based test and a
minimum score of 580 points under the paper-based test). A TOEFL score is valid for three years from the test date. Evidence of the
TOEFL score may also be submitted subsequently; however, it should be noted that in the absence of such evidence, students cannot
be admitted to stage III of the Master’s program and will therefore be unable to obtain their MBA degree.

C) S TANDARDIZED MBA TEST OR GMAT
The standardized MBA test or GMAT respectively serve for assessing the applicant’s intellectual grasp, problem-solving capacity,
intelligence, and linguistic competence/text comprehension. The scope, content and level of difficulty of the MBA test to be taken
at the MCI correspond to the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT). An examination fee of EUR 105.- is charged for the
standardized MBA test. Upon the submission of evidence of an adequate GMAT score dating back not more than three years, the
student will receive credit for such score (GMAT score > 610; www.gmat.org).

D) ESSAY

Applicants are asked to critically discuss selected economic, social, cultural and scientific issues in an essay.

E) INTERVIEW

The interview gives applicants the opportunity to present themselves personally, to comment on their previous career, and to explain
their motivation for applying, as well as their medium-term professional goals.
