The objective of this management certificate course is to introduce students to systemic thought and action in an organization. Students are taught to reflect at a systemic level on professional challenges and new forms of management.

Graduates of this MCI Compact course

  • have a heightened awareness of the principles of complex systems;
  • see how – at times of change and uncertainty – management can be given a more effective, i.e. systemic, design;
  • are capable of playing an active part in shaping the future;
  • have a personal and implementation-based concept for a more effective and creative response to the management challenges of our time;
